The POG Write-About Murals Project is a poetry-in-place, community-wide call to writers.

For this generative, place-based poetry project, writers signed up to visit selected mural sites around downtown Tucson. Following in the spirit of the "POG at Tumamoc Hill" event, this is our second poetry-in-place project, inspiring writers to connect to our home-region's unique landscape through their poetry and prose, people and traditions.  Participating writers who will share work at this event include: Lynn Finger, Lisa Martin, Charles Alexander, Heidi MacDonald, David Weiss, Cynthia Miller, Olive Mellilo, and Johanna Skibsrud.  Special thanks to videographer and editor, David Weiss, and project directors, Cynthia Miller and Lisa Martin.
